Portfolio operations
International IP Portfolio Management
A useful portfolio connects each right to a product, market, owner, commercial purpose, evidence record, deadline, and budget. Filing volume alone is not portfolio quality.

Build a reliable register
Record applications, registrations, owners, inventors or authors, priority, classes, specifications, territories, agents, office actions, licences, security interests, use evidence, annuities, renewals, and related disputes.
Review by business value
Regularly compare legal coverage with current products, revenue, launches, manufacturing, competitors, and exit plans. Abandoning low-value rights can be as important as filing new ones.
Govern changes
Mergers, reorganisations, funding, founder exits, vendor work, and new licences can create ownership gaps. Record assignments and changes promptly and confirm whether local recordal is necessary for enforcement or third-party effect.
